Offer valid for purchases made between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025. To receive your rebate fulfilled via Merck Animal Health Visa® Prepaid Card or ACH direct deposit, all fields must be completed online on quantumvetrebates.com. An itemized invoice summary report that includes the clinic name with eligible product(s) sold, selling price, invoice date, invoice number, dosed pet’s weight, and employee ID/prescriber information and must accompany the submission. Rebate requests must be submitted on or before 1/31/2026. Total rebate amount will be calculated based on the submitted quantity of administered doses for BRAVECTO® QUANTUM (fluralaner for extended-release injectable suspension) in the eligible XL and XXL weight bands as defined below.

QUANTUM XL and XXL: Veterinary invoice summary report must reflect a purchase of at least five (5) doses of BRAVECTO QUANTUM for dogs in XL and/or XXL weight bands. Eligible weight bands for this rebate program are XL (66.1-88lbs.) and XXL (88.1+ lbs.). The weight bands must be entered into the participating clinic’s practice management software system prior to dosing, so doses can accurately be tracked in the PIMS reporting. Only doses that were administered by the practice to a paying pet owner will qualify for a rebate. Discounted or no-cost staff doses will not count towards this rebate program.

Rebate Amount: Rebates will be issued based on the total eligible quantities of the qualifying products shown in the uploaded invoice summary report for each of the eligible weight bands. BRAVECTO QUANTUM XL (66.1-88lbs.) doses will qualify for $40 rebate per administrated dose and BRAVECTO QUANTUM XXL (88.1+ lbs.) doses will qualify for $110 rebate per administrated dose.

Merck Animal Health has implemented this program to position its customers for success. Sales of BRAVECTO QUANTUM at MSRP, combined with the subsidy for XL and XXL dogs, offers an effective way to provide comprehensive protection across all weight bands. This model not only supports full-year flea and tick prevention but also enables clinics to maximize their financial opportunity.
It’s important to note that MSRP is just that—a suggested retail price, and practices are free to set their own price, in order to adapt pricing to the practice’s specific model and client base.
The XL and XXL subsidy will remain in place through 2026 as a critical component of Merck Animal Health’s commitment to its customer’s sustainability of its business model.
After 2026, following a careful analysis, Merck Animal Health reserves the right to evaluate programs on a yearly basis and make changes. Merck Animal Health will provide reasonable advance notice prior to any changes to the program in 2027 and beyond.
Eligibility: Select Merck Animal Health veterinary clinic customers will be allowed to participate in this program. Clinics registered through rebates on quantumrebates.com will be serviced by our vendor ACB and will not be allowed to participate in alternate rebate programs for the same product, BRAVECTO QUANTUM.

Reproduction, purchase, sale, or trade of rebate forms, proofs of purchase, and cash register receipts are prohibited. Merck Animal Health reserves the right to decline submissions from unauthorized distributors or which are otherwise non-compliant with these terms. Merck Animal Health decisions on eligibility are final.
